There aren’t two fruits proven to “regenerate collagen in the knees.” Cartilage and joint tissues don’t simply regrow because you eat a particular fruit. However, fruits rich in nutrients needed for collagen production can support normal connective-tissue health.
Two good choices are:
-
🍊 Oranges and other citrus fruits — rich in vitamin C, which your body needs to make collagen.
-
🥝 Kiwi — also an excellent source of vitamin C.
Other vitamin-C-rich choices include strawberries, guava, papaya, and bell peppers.
For knee health, nutrition works best alongside maintaining a healthy weight, adequate protein intake, and appropriate strengthening exercise. If you have persistent knee pain, swelling, locking, or difficulty walking, the underlying cause should be evaluated rather than relying on a “collagen-regenerating” food.
