🍗 Easy One-Pan Chicken Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) raw chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the raw chicken tenderloins in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss or turn the tenderloins so they’re evenly coated.
  6. Bake for approximately 18–22 minutes, depending on thickness.
  7. Check the thickest piece with a food thermometer. Chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) internally.
  8. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Tip: For extra juicy tenderloins, don’t rely only on cooking time—use a thermometer and remove them once they reach 165°F.
