Low Carb 3-Ingredient Salmon Patties

🐟 3-Ingredient Low-Carb Salmon Patties

A quick, protein-rich meal with just three basic ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (about 5 oz / 140 g each) salmon, drained
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: salt, pepper, garlic powder, or dried herbs if you don’t need to keep it strictly three ingredients.

Instructions

  1. Combine: Put the drained salmon, eggs, and Parmesan in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until the mixture holds together.
  2. Shape: Form into 4–6 small patties. If the mixture feels too wet, let it sit for 5 minutes so the cheese can absorb some moisture.
  3. Cook: Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
  4. Serve: Let them cool for a minute, then serve with a salad, steamed vegetables, or a low-carb dipping sauce.

Tip: Drain the salmon well before mixing; excess liquid makes the patties more likely to fall apart.
