Honestly, does anyone here actually eat Brussels sprouts?

Absolutely! 😄 Brussels sprouts get a bad reputation, but when they’re roasted properly, they can be surprisingly delicious.

Try this simple method:

  • Halve the Brussels sprouts.
  • Toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Roast at 220°C (425°F) until browned and crispy, about 20–25 minutes.
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon and a little grated Parmesan.

The key is browning them well—steaming or boiling them until soft is often what gives Brussels sprouts that strong sulfurous smell and flavor.

So yes… Brussels sprouts can be good. Very good. 🥬😋
