Absolutely—air-fried crispy cauliflower is one of those recipes that makes vegetables surprisingly addictive. 😄
Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower
Ingredients
-
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
½ cup breadcrumbs or panko
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp paprika
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp salt
-
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F for about 3 minutes.
-
Dry the cauliflower well. Excess moisture makes it harder to get crispy.
-
Toss the florets with olive oil.
-
Mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
-
Coat the cauliflower thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
-
Arrange the florets in the air-fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd it.
-
Air-fry for 12–16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
-
Serve immediately.
Quick dipping sauce
Mix ½ cup plain yogurt + 1 tbsp lemon juice + a pinch of garlic powder + salt for a cool, tangy dip.
Extra-crispy tip: Use panko instead of regular breadcrumbs and give the cauliflower plenty of space in the basket.
